The temperature in an infrared cabin is significantly lower than in a Finnish sauna.

Infrared rays can be divided into 3 different wavelengths: short, medium and long wave. The shorter the wave, the more energy and the deeper the jet penetrates the skin. We work standard with Full Spectrum radiators that cover the three wavelengths. By combining all wavelengths within 1 radiator, you get the most out of your infrared sessions and you can stay in front of the radiator longer.

Short and medium waves provide a therapeutic effect on your muscles and joints. They provide direct heat to your body. The long waves heat up the top layer of skin. This creates the extremely pleasant feeling of security. With an infrared sauna you will sweat faster at lower temperatures because of the direct heating of your body.
